  • This sponsorship allows a business to place a single insertion item (non-perishable/non-consumable) into the attendee welcome bag. This item could be a promotional item, flyer, or company brochure. This is an excellent way to advertise your business without having to attend as an exhibitor.
  • Our Swag Bag Sponsor provides the official conference bags, featuring their company’s logo, which are distributed to each attendee at check-in. These bags are used throughout the ATC to carry course materials, conference information, and event giveaways, giving the sponsor prominent visibility for the duration of the conference.
  • As a Break Sponsor, your organization will receive prominent visibility throughout the conference. This sponsorship provides an excellent opportunity to showcase your support for attendees while maximizing brand visibility.

  • Registration Refund Policy
    Registrations for the Annual Training Conference (ATC) are refundable if a cancellation is made 30 days or more prior to the start of the conference. Cancellations received within 30 days of the conference are non-refundable.
  • Our Gold Sponsorship level offers high visibility and strong engagement opportunities throughout the entire Annual Training Conference cycle. This sponsorship level ensures exceptional exposure, direct access to attendees, and a strong presence before, during, and after the event.
    Benefits include:
    • Digital & On-Site Visibility: Your logo will be displayed digitally throughout the conference and on signage at the event.
    • Lunch for 3 Each Day: Enjoy provided meals while networking.
    • Conference Program Ad: ½ page, full-color ad (if available) in the conference program.

  • The Hospitality Room provides a welcoming space at the hotel for conference attendees, sponsors, and vendors to relax after a full day of training. It’s the perfect setting for networking, socializing, and connecting with other attendees. Sponsorship includes support for four nights, starting Sunday, before the official start of the conference, during which snacks and adult beverages are provided, along with professional bartending services. Supporting the Hospitality Room provides high visibility and engagement opportunities, offering a valued service to all attendees.

  • The Larry Weintraub Scholarship was established to honor one of the great pioneers in the field of fire investigations. Larry Weintraub has spent decades working in the field of fire investigations in both the public and private sectors. He has been involved in the Florida Chapter since 1973. Larry has held many positions with the Florida Chapter, including chapter President. In 1999, Larry was awarded the distinguished Life Member award. Larry is also known for his role in the discovery of the open neutral phenomena. The scholarship is awarded annually. The scholarship covers the cost of registration and hotel stay at the Annual Conference. The applicant will be responsible for their own transportation and food. Requirements: The applicant must be hardworking and dedicated, with a strong will to persevere. This is open to members of the chapter in good standing.

  • Two (2) scholarships will be granted annually. The Past Presidents Scholarship was established to provide the financial means for participants to attend who would not otherwise have the opportunity to attend the training. Anyone who is actively engaged in some phase of Arson Investigation or the administration of justice at the time is encouraged to apply for the scholarship. The scholarship is awarded annually. The scholarship covers the cost of registration to the Annual Conference. The applicant will be responsible for their own transportation, housing, and food.   • The Ryan Ward Scholarship was established to honor the memory of Ryan Ward. The son of lifetime member Jack Ward, Ryan was training to become a fire investigator in the family tradition of his father at the time of his tragic death at the age of 23. Ryan was a dedicated and involved member of the Florida Chapter. A scholarship will be awarded annually to a fire service member for training in fire investigation under this program. The scholarship will cover the cost of registration, hotel room, and any meals at the host hotel. The applicant would be responsible for his or her own transportation.
